It is our utmost pleasure to present our latest product, which is the Piaggio Ape with customized interior dedicated for food industry. This little vehicle is ideal for any type of venture regardless of the season or weather conditions.
It is a perfect alterative for food carts/bikes, especially because of practicality and ease of transport.
Materials
The interior is designed in a way that it can be easily accessed from each side. It has been designed primarily for Piaggio Ape 400 Classic. With the use of high-quality materials, combination of premium look and extraordinary durability of materials could be conserved. Supporting structure is made of light aluminum.
The interior of Ape 400 can have two types of the working table. The basic version includes stainless steel, which is required by the sanitary-epidemiological station(1). Optionally, the table can be made out of any kind of wood. Sanitary facilities (e.g. two-compartment sink) are separated by a piece of solid wood or a plastic element, which enables maintaining the highest level of aesthetics and hygiene.

It comprises two-compartment sink, instant hot water faucet and two big water canisters (13,5 liters each) for drinking water, as well as, wastewater.
Electrical installation
Installed appliances and the vehicle itself are propelled by a transformer and built-in batteries. The basic version is equipped with two batteries (type AGM) with capacity of 120 Ah each. It is possible to increase the capacity up to 200 Ah.
Additional information
This version has three windows that are opened outwards. They facilitate access to the accessories and appliances installed inside. They also protect both customers and sellers from adverse weather conditions. There are also shelves on both sides. The first is dedicated to storage and the latter is designated only as space for technical equipment (i.e. access to the control panel).
This type of design fits perfectly to businesses operating with products such as ice cream, snacks or coffee. The table is made of stainless steel. However, optionally on request, it can be made of any other metal or wood.

Cooling system
The interior is adapted for selling ice cream from one of the sides of the truck. It is equipped with a professionally customized refrigerator with a space for 8 ice cream tubes (7,3 liter each). It means that the whole appliance is able to store approximately 36 kg of ice cream. Bearing in mind severe working conditions, as mentioned above, the refrigerator is specifically adapted to working outdoors (in high temperatures). Therefore, the cooling system is additionally enhanced. The electrical control panel enables work between -10 and -21 Celsius.

Electrical installation and sanitary facilities
This version of Piaggio Ape (devoted to sale of ice cream) is also equipped with electrical installation and sanitary facilities. It comprises two-compartment sink, instant hot water faucet and two big water canisters (13,5 liters each) for drinking water, as well as, wastewater. When it comes to electrical installation, all the applied solutions enable proper work of the remaining appliances (including the ice cream refrigerator).
